MGS-3, Dragon’s Dogma и Bayonetta
Целая солянка новостей скопилась к последнему месяцу года и требует быть озвученной.
1. Решается судьба проекта Metal Gear Solid 3 для PS3.
Приоритетными играми для команды всегда были игры без перевода, возможного или уже имеющего факт быть. Иногда этот принцип приводит к некоторым ситуациям, когда неясно, стоит или нет брать проект в оборот. Именно в такую ситуацию угодил Metal Gear Solid 3. Команда переводчиков HackLoad на протяжении уже 2 лет обещает перевод MGS3 на PS2, выдавая нам не слишком убедительные proof’ы. Если это всё правда, то игру с их переводом, в конце концов, можно будет запустить на PS3 или PC через эмулятор PS2, и наши усилия будут, по сути, потрачены впустую, в то время как их можно было бы направить на перевод других игр (благо, игр без перевода полно). С целью разрешить этот логический конфликт, организована предварительная подписка на проект. Проще говоря, выбор вручён в ваши руки. Если будет собрана хорошая поддержка, мы сделаем свой оригинальный перевод для HD переиздания MGS3 на PS3, без оглядки на работу прочих студий; а если нет — ничего страшного, дождёмся результатов от HackLoad. Или не дождёмся, отсутствие результата тоже результат.
Перевод всех текстов игры Dragon’s Dogma завершён и она выходит на бета-тестирование. Учитывая, что на тест перевода Red Dead Redemption ушло 3 месяца (и это без DLC), для Dragon’s Dogma будет выделено времени вплоть до следующего лета, чтобы аккуратно и не торопясь всё проверить и поправить. А проверять будет много чего. RPG проекты, особенно с открытым миром, всегда славились большим количеством текста и высокой продолжительностью прохождения. Dragon’s Dogma полностью оправдывает это утверждение. Так что, ожидайте новые видео на нашем канале YouTube.
3. Публикация материалов перевода Bayonetta.
С момента релиза Bayonetta уже прошло несколько месяцев, поэтому мы выкладываем текстовые материалы перевода. Как и всегда, их можно скачать в разделе Репозитория. 9
